He offered some good guidelines for social media usage with kids: 1) no smartphones before high school, 2) no social media before age 16, 3) phone-free schools, and 4) more free play and responsibility in the real world.
I believe phone addiction is the world’s biggest addiction. A good guideline is less than 150 pickups and less than 2 hours of screen time daily. And whatever you do, don’t check your phone first thing in the morning.
